This large, exclusive villa on a plot of 2,500m2, was in 2012 to 2013, lavishly and in the best quality and execution of Rusch & Partner, core renovated from scratch and corresponds to a new building. The property consists of a main house and a separate guest house with a total of approx. 890m2 of living and usable space. Smooth and bright surfaces with a modern look alternate with typical natural stone walls, which gives the property a special, Mediterranean charm. This design principle runs through the entire villa, both inside and out, as a common thread. The large windows, the high ceilings throughout and the exposed beams also contribute to the special cosy atmosphere of the villa. Overall, the living area inside the villa consists of two living rooms, six en-suite bedrooms and a spacious dining area with open fireplace. The outdoor area of the villa invites you to live outside. The large, partly covered, partly open terraces, invite you to linger under the open sky. In addition, covered terrace areas and a sheltered patio are available for cooler evenings or at late hours. As in the entire house, you can also enjoy a magnificent view of Puerto de Andratx from the pool with overflow edge (12m x 4m).
