Who we are
To truly understand property in Mallorca, you have to build it, sell it and live here.
Developer and agent at the same time: this dual role is rare. And it is the reason why we assess houses differently.
Because we have been realising our own projects for more than 37 years, we know not only the market but also the construction methods, the authorities, the craftsmen and the small details that make a house in Mallorca different.
Our focus is the southwest of the island, Puerto de Andratx, San Telmo, Camp de Mar, Santa Ponsa, Port Adriano and Son Vida.

From Germany to Mallorca.
A German company with roots in property development, firmly based in Puerto de Andratx since 1999.

Founded as a developer in Germany
Günter and Sabine Rusch founded the company in Germany. From the very beginning, the highest quality has been the focus: our own projects, from the first sketch to the handover of the keys.

Arriving in Mallorca
The first step onto the island. Puerto de Andratx becomes a second home and the centre of all future projects. From the start, Rusch & Partner is more than an office: a personal commitment.
- From 2000
Our own projects, and brokerage from the start
Numerous villas and residential complexes are built in southwest Mallorca, in Camp de Mar, Santa Ponsa and Puerto de Andratx. From the beginning we also work as agents, selling carefully checked third-party properties.
- 2014
Sebastian Rusch becomes managing director
Since 2014 Sebastian Rusch has run the company as managing director, together with Günter and Sabine Rusch, who remain on board. The company stays what it has always been: personal, independent and deeply rooted in southwest Mallorca.
